Learning and Reading
Do you find yourself reading one word at a time, and then wonder what you just read?
Did you forgo reading in college, and then just absorb the information in lecture?
When I was 17, I remember cracking open my European History textbook, reading words, and closing it after half an hour. If you asked me exactly what I read, I could tell you. If you asked me to process what I read and come to any kind of conclusion, I usually couldn't do it.
This happened with Linguistics, US History, Music history, etc.
I thought I was just tired, hungry, or being lazy. Resting helped, but I still couldn't really understand what I read.
In the case of reading, the left brain is reading one word at a time, and if you're integrated, it's sending those words to the right brain to be processed. For many, this connection is limited, and this makes reading and learning more difficult. The left brain just isn't designed to connect all of the words it just read.
After Fundamental Healing, I opened my geology textbook, and did my reading in 15 minutes, whereas before, I never would have completed it.
It was smooth.
I done this for many clients, and have seen extraordinary results each time.
